It's time you knew what's really going on.
And he is the propitiation for our sins:
and not for ours only,
but also for [the sins of] the whole world.
Christ Died For ALL Men
In other writings I tried to illustrate the fact that only the house of Israel is referred to as God's 'elect' in biblical text. Briefly, this means that the Israelites were set apart, 'chosen', to be a kingdom of priests whose burden it was to preserve & share God's commandments with all humanity. Furthermore, being God's first born son the Israelites have been entitled to the double portion birthright as well as the kingship. It's critically important you understand, however, that what appears to be a blind privilege given to the first born is actually a role of grave responsibility for that son to care for the younger siblings that follow, especially in the case when the father of the household cannot be present. Moreover, while the gift of redemption began with the tribe of Judah & then the rest of the house of Israel, it is NOT exclusive to any single nation. God's plan has always been to establish a global family of many sons:
For those whom he foreknew
he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son,
in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
What follows are biblical scriptures that give further evidence of the universal love that was unreservedly offered to all of us by the Lamb of God through his crucifixion:
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live...
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all [men] unto me.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent...
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned....
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men...
The Living God to his son:
And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.
For those of you who have yet to read 'America: The New Jerusalem' I invite you to do so now. It will explain the fulfillment of the double portion birthright passed to the tribe of Ephraim (& Manasseh) as well as the path of the eternal sceptre that belongs to Christ.
