It's time you knew what's really going on.

 For I know that my redeemer liveth,

and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth

 And though after my skin worms destroy this body,

yet in my flesh shall I see God.

Job 19:25-26

To Understand the 'Latter Days' Requires Understanding The Entire Bible, Not Just Revelation

You may or may not know that it is widely believed the book of Job is in fact the oldest book of the bible, written even prior to the coming of Moses onto the scene.  Yet, as you can see from the scripture above, Job not only knew about the latter day promises, but he full well planned to be attending the event!  (I address how this is possible on the page, 'Let's Re-think What It Says'.)

Elsewhere on the site I've repeatedly stated that I was not a believer for most of my adult life.  What struck me seven years ago when I finally re-read the bible was the fact that the ENTIRE collection of works was devoted to the latter day period.  Having been raised in a church I was well aware that most people accepted that latter day events were wholly relegated to the final book of Revelation.  This is absolutely NOT the case.  It's imperative that you understand this reality because, if indeed the bible is the codex necessary to survive this epoch, it must be read as a complete work & not separated into undecipherable parts.  Take a look at the following scriptures I've posted to prove my point.  Hopefully they'll inspire you to start at Genesis & read straight through to the end this time:

And now, behold, I go unto my people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days.

Numbers 24:14

30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;

31 (For the Lord thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.

Deuteronomy 4:30-31

Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;

16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;

Deuteronomy 8:15-16

For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.

Deuteronomy 31:29

And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of theLord hath spoken it.

Isaiah 40:5

14 And now, behold, I go unto my people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days.

Numbers 24:14

The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.
Jeremiah 23:20

The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have doneit, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it.

Jeremiah 30:4
